Our Mission Statement
The
major function of Rolling
Thunder®, Inc. is to
publicize the POW-MIA issue, to
educate the
public of the fact that many American prisoners of war were left behind
after all past wars, to help correct the past and to
protect future
veterans from being left behind should they become prisoners of
war-missing in action. We are committed to helping American veterans from
all wars.
Profile
We are a non-profit
organization, which operates under the guidelines of the Federal
Government for a non-profit organization as defined by section 501C(4) of
the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
Rolling Thunder®, Inc. consists of
90 chapters located in 38 of the 50 states. The national membership
numbers around 9500 and the members donate their time and effort because they believe in the
POW/MIA issues that we are working on.
All meetings are orderly and each member
has the right to be heard. Every member is as important as the next. Everyone
has different views and we must all work together in an orderly fashion.
